La Boite A Pizza - Reservar uma mesa

I just got delivered. The seller didn't get out of his car so I had to get out of my house completely to go to the door before the car to make my money and get my pizza. I don't think it's normal. delivery to the house is not delivery in the street where it is the customer who places it. I'm really disappointed with this behavior.
