La Caravane - Reservar uma mesa

This is a restaurant we try to get to for lunch on our travel through France. There is a splendid array of salads, cold meats as a self service starter with plenty of fresh bread available. The main courses are limited in range but all delicious others highly recommend the Angus burgers and the ham is succulent. Follow that with a choice of cheeses, cakes and desserts you choose yourself and there is a wonderful three course meal. The house wine is good too. For just over 30 euros, this is a bargain. Eddy is a great host and and remembers us even though we are rare visitors. Plenty of parking too and motorhomes are welcome.

This unassuming restaurant is a joy to discover it is very popular with truckers but is definitely not a greasy spoon . The lunchtime menu is really tasty with a self service selection of starters which include meats, salads, and pate. The main course has a small selection of dishes and I can recommend the ham which is cooked to perfection. For dessert one has a choice of cheeses, cakes and puddings. All this plus bread and wine. Eddy is a charming and cheerful host.

Qu'elle bonne surprise que ce restaurant ou on se sent bien, propriétaire au petits soins, buffet de viandes à volontés appétissant (Cochon de lait, magret de canard... pout un prix vraiment attractif, je conseille fortement de s'y arrêter.
