La Costa Authentic Mexican Food

Not worth the wait. It took about an hour+ to receive our orders. I understand we we're a big party (18) but by the time everything came out some plates were already cold. We were seated in 3 different tables so they could've taken the food out per table instead of waiting for everything. The portions were poor for the price. My plate was super salty , the Trout was very small and too much rice to fill the rest of the plate. The cheeseburger was horrible. My kid loves cheeseburgers, he only took a bite. Ordered chili cheese fries with steak, received them with only cheese, took it back to ask for chili i had to pay an additional $2.50 for chili the server INSISTED that’s how they come with just cheese like wth.. at that point I’m confused why their menu says chili cheese fries when it’s just cheese fries… so almost $15 for some asada fries

The staff was nice. The way the restaurant looked was ok. Prices are around 13 or more per plate. I think they should have better tacos asada/pastor choices. They have a tacos meal which is around 13.50.. but no cheap taco options.

the fish was fantastic. I ate everything, including some bones and one of the eyes. it was cooked all the way through. one of the best dishes I had in a Mexican restaurant. I just said that.

Great service and great food. Got the fajitas, my only complaint would be that it left like less food than you would get at other places
