We had an event to celebrate today. Our usual restaurants were complete or closed for the holidays. We never came to La Fleur de Sel, I don't know why... For an event, it was one! It was the discovery of an excellent restaurant for an evening meal. The reception is pleasant, the quick service while the terrace was full, as to the plate! It was a pleasure of flavors. The salt flower is a safe value in Alès. The welcome is always great and the dishes are varied and so tasty. A restaurant where the dishes are cooked on site from fresh products it has no price! And yet if it has a price and it is very reasonable in addition. We regularly come to the family and it's not close to stopping.

Heartburn! Regarding the service, the boss is very welcoming, pleasant, reactive, pro ! All dishes are excellent, perfectly mastered cooking, balanced seasonings and always well presented. All for a reasonable grade! In short, an address to be held urgently!

Very nice experience. First of all, the kindness of the boss we can talk to. So all the dishes were excellent and well presented. We tested a menu at €23 and €31. We weren't disappointed. Persil root purée is a pleasure!
