Great food and knowledgeable staff about what is vegan on the menu. The tofu salad, spring rolls, vermicelli Bowl, and tofu noodle soup are all amazing. most of the bubble teas can be made vegan as well. The vanilla bean boba is so delicious! Sake is good too!

While this restaurant does not offer many vegan options, the ones they do offer are superb. The tofu bahn mi is awesome. (Ask for no butter to make it vegan). Tofu fresh rolls and tofu pho chay are also delicious. They really prepare tofu well here.

While they do serve meat, La V 's menu has a large vegetarian section titled Dearest Vegetarian, all of which is vegan if you do not get egg. I love the tofu fresh rolls!
