"What is going on with some of the country beach clubs in Westchester? They used to be nicer back in the day. I came to this place for an event and everything seemed pretty decent at first. Then, I got to try the food and I felt sick to my stomach. But I t wasn't as bad as meeting their executive chef, I believe Tony or Anthony was his name... what a piece of disgusting human being. I'm so sorry for the people that get to try his food. That was my experience here. Terrible service and attitude. I wouldn't come back here. Do not recommend."

If you are thinking of having a special event here stay clear of this place. We went to the Larchmont shore club for a wedding. The appetizers were horrendous and stale. During the main course they ran out of food . The chain of events are as follows: The manager instructed one of the waitresses to find an uneaten dish to serve to someone else at at the table. All of the people at the table were completely amazed by this action. I asked the waitress who took the food why are you taking this food away from someone who started eating it and left it on the side of their dish. People of color beware of this club. I have have seen a number of incidents involving POCs and I am disgusted. Rules are being selectively applied. A white older gentleman (a club member I assume) approaching a woman of color to scold her for using her cellphone on the beach . Meanwhile, a few yards away I counted not one but five Caucasians using their cell phones yet no one said anything to them. A few minutes ago I saw another woman of color come in. Five minutes later I saw the gate attendant and what I assume is security approaching the woman. My husband and I had our wedding here last month and we were totally floored with how amazing everything came together through Rita's (the Banquet Manager's) dedication at executing an event. Rita and her team at LSC made myself and my husband feel like total rockstar's even making sure that we ate during our cocktail hour (she had a dedicated staff member hang out with us with food to ensure we were taken care of). My mom and I worked closely with Rita planning all of the wedding intricacies and we could not have asked for a better manager to work with. My daughter had her wedding reception at the Larchmont Shore Club last weekend. Rita, the Banquet Manager, couldn't have been any more amazing! She was extremely customer focused and attentive from the time we selected this venue to the time of the wedding. The food was delicious and the staff was professional and never missed a beat whether it was refilling an empty glass, clearing away an empty plate or offering assistance in any way. The beautiful surroundings coupled with Rita's easy going personality and competence, wonderful staff, and delicious food made our special day a very memorable event.
