Ate here last night with work colleagues, having last visited two years ago. Service was incredibly slow and quality of food was poor. Starter of scallops and prawns was overcooked. Main course fish was cooked well, but was set on a "slurry" of green vegetables with some tasteless broth. Generally the food seemed to be overcooked as if it had been left too long on the pass. Two years ago this restaurant was excellent, but not anymore.
Thoroughly enjoyed this. Proper French cooking with fresh ingredients. Great wine listOut of the town centre but very obviously THE quality place to eat in Soissons. Worth making the effort to find it - I would suspect at busy times/days, booking is essential. I was a walk up but quite early and nobody batted an eyelid. Sat me down, fed me well.
