Le Bistrot du Praz

I have been going to Courchevel for may years have eaten at all the usual suspects Cap Horn , Chalet des Pierres, Bagatelle etc , This restaurant is so special the menu is diverse from hearty meats and delicate Thai influenced dishes fusion cooking can be a disaster try Tremplin in 1850 , insipid ! Andre is an accomplished chef having worked all over the world. The photos don't do justice to the quality of the cooking. On our final day lunch service was over he made us the best cabornara dish I have tasted with an expertly dressed green salad just what we needed after three days of hard skiing. A special mention also to this charming wife and the lovely Leah who provide a warm welcome front...

We dined in the Bistro on the occasion of my birthday. The meal and the service was exceptional. The young waitress and waiter were friendly and efficient. The proprietors wife , was front of house and ,as always , charming. The meal was one if the best I have had this season in the Alps. We shall look forward to returning. Thank you Antoine and your équipe.

Ouvert l'été (aussi) au bord du lac du Praz vous serez accueilli avec gentillesse et un grand choix de plats locaux et (ou) gastronomiques vous seront proposés! Personnellement j'adore leur steak tartare! Mais tout est délicieux...

Une excellente table avec des prix tout à fait corrects. Les produits proposés sont frais et de très bonne qualité. Une première expérience à renouveler .

Nous avons passé un très bon moment face au lac du praz. Très bons plats. Personnel très sympathique.
