We came yesterday with a good Wonderbox having taken care to book upstream. (We even called to book by specifying that we had this voucher and our interlocutor gave us the steps to follow on the website to book). When we got out the good, surprise! They couldn't take it because wonderbox has broken down for two days! Okay, no worries happen but our phone contact could have told us or we could have contacted us to inform us. So we left the restaurant and went to eat elsewhere in principle. Not very professional and respectful to customers...
