Excellent. Attentive personnel, à delicious risotto with vegetables, an art-deco next to the thermal baths of Yverdon, one of the oldest in Europe. Came along for a quick lunch, was given a reply to each question, and the food and service were worth stopping and taking a risk of lunching in an off-beaten place. Here in the picture what I received for a simple 'Boule de la glace'. A nice discovery

Excellent food (this restaurant is located in the Grand Hotel). They offered either 2 or 3 course set menu prices and you could choose from the A la Carte list. Large selection of wines and staff was very friendly. Although we had to wait some time before we could order. Great quality of meat and fish and good variety.

the restaurant of the large hotel of the baths in yverdon is no longer called the pavilion, its new name is the rotunda. all contact details and my comment are on tripadvisor.
