We had stopped in the previous village, but little convinced by the maps too crowded where the house seemed unlikely. We pushed to Nauviale, and saw the menu of the day on the slate, with mention of a shaded terrace in the back... it's gone! At the good franquette as in granny, the entrance (riz, crudities and home quiche part are served in a unique bowl for the table, all well seasoned and excellent quiche. The dish (sauce of Toulouse and cooked green beans is also excellent. Cheese tray. The dessert (white cheese with fresh seasonal fruit is simple but very fresh and pleasant to curl this meal. Small shaded terrace very pleasant in this summer period. And the waitress is also very pleasant...
The service in the room is perfect, the lady is smiling, effective and always in good mood, despite sometimes the world and the pressure. The working meal is good and copied, made with fresh and regional products (thank you, cook). The atmosphere is friendly and warm. The outdoor terrace is perfect for those who do not want to have the TV or the noise of the room. It's a very good little restaurant.
Disappointment: Huge After reading several very positive reviews, we went there while eating simple and Bon. Single menu. Okay. Meat: medium. Not even cooked. Potatoes bathed in oil and were not cooked. The cheese is packed in plastic and canteen (though not to offer it! And in the same basket for everyone story to properly convey the covid!!! Dessert insipide. Really: to avoid.
We stopped by chance for lunch, nice surprise, this restaurant does not pay a mine from the outside but its kitchen is good. Salad of gésiers and stuffed(excellent), veal, calf and vegetables, apricots were delicious. The smiling waitress, the fast service, under a shaded tone; the very correct price.
