Falls Church restaurant has serious customer service issues. I was very excited to treat my guests with LEDO pizza. Unfortunately, I couldn 't enjoy it because the restaurant manager, who assisted me, was unfriendly and impatient. She raised her voice when I asked if they had a no ham pizza for my friends. Built your own pizza! she repeatedly responded in an aggressive manner. Her approach towards paying customer made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. So I have been a customer of Ledo's off and on for at least 15 years (in this location). It has always been a welcoming establishment that supports the greater Falls Church area. They are heavily involved in community sports through sponsorship and support the local non-profits as well. They also have great food! The pizza is not my favorite style of pizza (I prefer Napoleon) but it is great for what it is. Their wings are fantastic, and the apps are great. Although my order was mixed up, they made me another one. The food is definitely worth me driving back to pick it up. Falls Church is committed to bringing excellent food and service. That's why I realized all Ledos aren't the same. So until further notice I will spend my coin on them

The pizza here is excellent! I ordered the veggie pizza and it was really delicious. I can't wait to come back and try out the other varieties next time.

I being coming here since my Kids were little, amazing place, people are always nice and gente, food is delicious, and the sports are most avaiable
