Ledo Pizza - Reservar uma mesa

I'm here after the online order. I was at this place before and never had any problems before. but this special time when I went to pick up my order, they said they had to see my ID to confirm that it was my order. because I was not aware of this new directive until I was in charge, I had neither my ID nor went back to my car to get it because I had my child with me, for whom the pizza was. I didn't expect me to have an identity check just to pick up my pizza. Once I said I didn't have my id, they told me they had to call my phone. what doesn't make sense is that they just looked at the online transaction reception I showed them from my phone. they refused to do this, they were very stubborn...

I wanted to have a quick bite with my 10 year old son. While awaiting our food, the manager and worker started arguing. Curse words were used regarding hours worked and appreciation. No matter the issue.. THIS SHOULD NEVER BE DONE IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS!!! I’m completely appalled!! Definitely lost my business!

pizza and wing ordered today it was delicious the whole family loved it. that will be my pizza if I want pizza and wing. thanks for the experience. it is fresher ingredients guarantee that they taste it in every piece. ledo on campus away largo is the best.
