L'empreinte By Yannick Lecoq

The place in my opinion is more a Brasserie style, more casual less formal. Food was very fresh and tasty. Good shrimps for the beginning and a fillet of plaice with mushrooms for main course. We were sitting in the outside area in a small garden and even though it was a very hot day (about 40 degrees) it was very nice under the fig trees. Service was good and friendly and they have a nice wine menu as well.

What a meal… The chef is so creative it’s mind blowing. The food was absolutely a masterpiece. The look was stunning and the taste was out of this world. So inventive. This chef is going places… And I’m so happy i will be able to tell my grandchildren's i was there at the beginning. Thank you for the privilege. Dom

Outstanding Establishment, serving delicious, innovative cuisine prepared served by the Patron his efficient team. Although they were fully booked, the Patron kindly fitted us in, an elderly couple from UK, we were so grateful that he did, as we thoroughly enjoyed the superb cuisine.

Yannick est un maestro du poisson sans doute dû à ses années passées dans les îles. Nous l'avons connu lorsqu'il avait ouvert son restaurant à St Martin d'Estréaux et l'avons suivi à Roanne. Manger chez lui est toujours une expérience fabuleuse (c'est aussi le maître des soufflés !)

Du pur bonheur cadre superbe nous avons mangé à midi ! Le plat du jour était de la viande nous n en mangeons pas et nous avons pu déguster un super poisson à la place , vraiment top !! Je recommande vivement !!!!
