The chef has taste, talent, experience and he works hard at his meals. Everything is refined at l'Inédit, but what really sets it apart is the evident creativity in the food, making every course an adventure and a surprise. The ingredients are finely balanced to achieve a sublime taste experience. A serious and complete (but France only) wine menu rounds out the offering. To be experienced to be believed. This is NOT a cheap restaurant, though.The staff is quiet, knowledgeable and efficient, the decor stylish. Private parking behind the restaurant.

It was good, but that's what he deserves a michelin star, I'm not so sure. I didn't have a waouh effect, fortunately for them I'm not a michelin detective. after having to see the criteria for awarding stars, I think the ranking plays a little bit of time because if we had to judge on the kitchen, what I tasted in pirouette was much more to breathe

We have been enjoying this restaurent for many years and we are never disapointed . It is creative refined delicious ,voir parfait! The staff has been there forever and is very professional and courteous . They always have THE special touch . Like today Truffle...More

A little disappointed with the dishes. the plates are very well present but the taste is not exceptional. calm down.
