I've ordered food online via Little Caesars app. Usually no mishaps. Come in and punch the code sent thru and go with my food. The last few times I've done so though, my order was not ready. Each time they never bothered looking at the ticket that pops out. I ordered each time in advance to pickup at a specific time. In my case 915pm, because I get out of work at 9pm. Order not done. Don't get me wrong. Maybe because it's late in the shift, but it if ordered it 3 hours in advance, it shouldn't be an issue. But the workers will immediately get to making my order with a smile and no fuss. They always apologize. So that doesn't make the review as bad. Food delicious. The only place I eat pizza...
I never leave reviews, but this search warrant! We didn't order them in over a year because the last time they screwed our order so badly and refused to offer any solution because it was too close to the closing time! Tonight decided to give them another shot. BIG MISTAKE! Order a cheese pizza and peppermint... My fist can't eat a pig! That's why the cheese pizza ordered! I'll say we've ordered Doordash, but they're not the ones that made the pizza. And Doordash refunded only partial payment. Needless to say, my time will not waste with Little Cesars again
Little stopper in Chicopee was a terrible experience because I asked for Deep dish 3 meat pizza, and I get 2 different pizzas, stupid lady didn't understand what I said and wouldn't admit it so I ended up getting my money back and getting a free meal because lady was an idiot that people need to learn to hear if you don't understand what they say, ask the person to repeat it. The food is very good, but people there don't listen and don't get what you asked.
