Little Caesars Pizza

So slow! I waited behind someone in the drive through for 15 minutes and decided I couldn't wait any longer. I sent my son in to see if it was faster to go inside. He ordered a pizza and they said 20 minute wait. Meanwhile, I'm still stuck in the drive through. I had to call and ask them to have the person in the car in front of me park so I could get out of line because there were people parked behind me too. So we go inside only to notice a ton of people waiting. I decided my $9 was not worth the wait and left without a refund. I have been here before and waited 40 minutes for 1 pizza and crazy bread. Just ridiculous!

Typically, their pizzas are excellent, but today was a bit disappointing. The crust on our pizza was stretched a good two inches before the sauce and toppings started. They also accidentally gave our pizza to someone else who was waiting in the parking lot. When that person didn’t leave, an employee came out to talk to them and eventually brought us our pizza, which was good. However, she stood out in the snow chatting while our pizza got cold before finally bringing it to us. Despite this, I’ll definitely go back. I enjoy the pizza, and I love the prices.

Worst take out experience. No hot and ready pizza available. Waited 15 minutes to get a pepperoni pizza. People who came in and order after us got their pizzas before us. Figure if you wait for a pizza that had to be made it would be hot. It was cold and dried out. When questioned the clerk why others were getting their order before we did, she handed me this cold pizza and had an attitude. I think it was at the top of their warming oven for a while. NEVER AGAIN at this location. Will be calling the manager in the morning.

I had a terrible experience. Our breadsticks were undercooked, and when I returned them, the manager, Tasha, didn't seem to care that she was wasting my time and gas money. Next time, I might just head to Papa Murphy's and cook it myself, since they clearly aren't able to handle even a simple request like this.

I visited Little Caesars today and waited inside for the pizza we ordered. When I took my first bite, I noticed a strange flavor. Then, when I got to the crust, it had an odd taste, almost like it was spoiled. I couldn't finish the crust.
