Longhorn Steakhouse

Was placed on hold for 20 mins and kept getting hung up on. I called back 4 times and they hung up on me. On the 5th call the lady answered and I told her what happened and I pleaded with her to plz not to transfer me cause they keep hanging up. She said “I won’t hang up” I’ve been on hold for 13:35 mins to be exact. I like to eat here but I’m on my break and I just wanted a quick pick up order and they are legit just ignoring their customer…

Oddly enough this is my first time going to a LongHorn Steakhouse. I see these places all the time and never thought to go. I quite enjoyed the meal and the atmosphere. Server was polite with us. Food was great and pricing was more than fair. You get a good portion of food. I can't complain with what we had here. I would come back and I would definitely order what I had today, again.

I had the ribeye, which was cooked to a perfect medium rare and had a delicious char flavor. The service was outstanding—very attentive and friendly. Our waitress even encouraged us to request her specifically on our next visit, without knowing about her tip. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, which is quite rare for chain restaurants in Miami.

This location is always on point. The food is good and the service is fast and accurate.
