Luna And Lounge, Hilton St. Petersburg Carillon Park

I was very clear on the server that I have a gluten and soy allergy. I was told that I ordered gluten-free and soy-free. the restaurant notes gluten-free items on their menu, so I expected that they had a decent level of allergen consciousness. after two bites of the roasted duck I discovered soy sauce and asked the server to confirm that there was no soy in my teller. After a few minutes she came back with the manager and they were both very apologetic when they told me that the court was made with soy sauce. they said the cook that was in service was not the cook that prepared the product and he did not know that it used soy sauce. they were very apologetic to the personal credit, they did...

Lovely restaurant in the beautiful Carrillon Hilton. Nothing fancy on the lunch menu mostly salads and sandwiches but it was a last minute lunch planned for Mother’s Day! Service was great and the ambiance was upscale. My mom, sister in law and myself were offered beautiful red roses. We had a great time! The food was delicious and our water glasses never ran dry!

Nice looking restaurant but no staff and half the items on menu were not available. Ordered salmon entree and it was extremely over cooked. It seemed if you ordered any item that did not require cooking it was ok. Thinking they did not have a cook either. It’s a nice place and limited staff they had were friendly.

They charged $2.00 for Rocks i.e. ice cube for a $19.00 exactly 1 oz of scotch. The food did not come out as ordered. Both dishes where served luke warm. On second try the flat bread was hot but the salmon was undercooked.

Beautiful and relaxing place but unfortunately food was horrible frozen salmon, bad and old steaks, salad was good .
