I like to say when stores do well and go beyond the help they need to give, went with my 90 Yr old mother in law and needed to purchase gift cards and presents for family, the store was very busy, and I had a problem with one of the tills, Anita was amazing at sorting out another till too purchase my goods, it's sometimes not easy when your pushing a wheelchair around, but Anita was brilliant and patient please pass on my thanks,. I had some top service today when shopping in store at Norwich in the menswear dept. A nice young gent named Rikki helped me to pick out a suit and Georgia helped me to pick out some shoes. Incidentally Georgia had a tricky customer who complained about something in what I deemed as an unreasonable manner which she dealt with well in my opinion. Anyway thanks to both!

arrived on 05.10.2021 to see the Halloween food. not a great choice but enough for an evening. was delighted to see some Christmas chocolate and gin! the sale is still in the upper floor in the 2nd floor (ladies carry, per una section.) not really, but there are many winter coats and boots. this shop is as practical as it is open daily until 8 o'clock (except Sunday)

the workers in the load are friendly and helpful when a bit slow on a Saturday, the waiting snakes were ridiculous, but a good choice of clothes to suit all price classes and I sometimes eat for eating in the regular of their hot eating or bakery department. spacious, clean and tidy, organized business.

My mum had a bra fitting today at the Norwich store with a lovely lady called Caroline.fantastic service and she really knew what she was talking about.my mum is so happy with her bras and she was so glad I booked the bra fitting service for her.
