Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

Food was terrible! I asked for freshly cooked nuggets being that it was late and i wanted to be sure that i didn’t receive something that had been sitting for hours. I told the cashier twice at the speaker and asked her again at the window and all three times she said yes they will be fresh. So i didnt check before i left being that i had already said it three times! Get home and they are so stale, and no taste at all because they were old. That should not have happened especially after i asked three times…very disappointed. Why sell someone old food because you’re too lazy to cook more. If you didnt want to cook, then this probably isnt the job for you.

Super slow service, orders often wrong. However, the staff is usually well-meaning. Often a crowd standing at the counter making it confusing as to where the line starts. Kiosks are often out of paper, so you don't get a receipt. That means sometimes you're not sure if your order has been received or if it is being processed.

The clown is losing his grip. It was a typical McDonald's. The workers on break apparently come out into the dining and sit. Where they yell at each other across the table. It didn't really bother us too terribly much. Because we've come to expect this.

Wasn't busy. Took a long time to get our food. Then the order was wrong. Ice cream machine was locked. McCurry was not operational. No ice. No Ketchup. Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Every surface I touched was sticky.

Last week they got my sandwich wrong 3 times, literally had to drive back to the store. This week they giving out sauce sandwiches. Just don’t go between 2-4 guys.
