The hic is that they always prepare the ice first, so when you wait thirty minutes for the order, your ice has already melted. And I hate it. I chose the technique to order first my menu then after my ice in another order. But the rest, for an ice, took 10 minutes, and it was done from the beginning, it took 10 to be in a bag removed, so half melted. I'll admit that level of strategy, I don't know what to do. I think we can't do any more harm, the poor I complain don't have the sense of priorities. It's not a fast food, but a slow food. They take their time and make everyone wait and when you want to talk to them, you have to shout them to get heard.
