Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

Drive-thru: The crew threw me a curveball. I ordered a hot tea with two creams and two honey packets. The first staff member brought it to the second window and dropped the tea, with no honey and a bent plastic straw. I went inside to ask for the packets but they couldn't find wooden stir sticks, so they gave me another plastic straw and two cups that they presumed were honey. When I got back to my car, I realized the cups were actually honey mustard, not honey. I know, I was lucky I could go inside at all. Back to black coffee. God save the king.

The food at this restaurant is consistently good, but some of the new staff members lack in customer service skills and seem to dislike their job. I even attempted to cheer up a young girl working at the register by encouraging her to smile and have a good day, but she seemed disinterested. On the other hand, the longer-tenured employees are still pleasant and provide good service.

The service was slow, as I've come to expect. The food is expensive considering the quality and portion size. I ordered from the drive-thru, so I can't comment on the atmosphere, but I enjoyed listening to some good music in my car. Overall, the restaurant is nothing special or unique, and doesn't stand out compared to other McDonald's locations.

The old lady in the drive through taking orders was very disrespectful. There have been many times of coming here that she has been disrespectful. This time I came through with children in the car, she was once again very disrespectful, being a badexample for the children in the car. How embarrassing. She should not be working here.

I received stale fries and asked for fresh fries. The employee insisted they were fresh and wouldn't remake the fries. I ate 2 individual fries and even had the employee try one. She must have covid. Burger was great. Fries and service were trash.
