Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

Please see pic. This McDonalds is in dire need of a quality control inspection. This is a somewhat affluent neighborhood and if it wasn't the billion dollar company McDonald's, this location definitely wouldn't still be in business. The food is consistently bad. I've been going here for years as it's very close to my home. I went for probably the last time this past Friday 12-6-19. I got some nuggets and fries. Fries were cold, brown, and dry. I'm no Gordon Ramsey, but they gave me the stuff that's definitely been sitting out for a while. The nuggets were bad too, and I love nuggets from McDonald's. Dry and cold. I don't think the workers here care honestly. I did the drive through unfortuna...

The woman at the window spent a good 5 min filling straws, while on the phone with a personal call, but never gave us straws. The hero was the manager when we heard 'we 've got no fries and all these orders up and you 're filling straws. That 's cute. ' She snuck off somewhere else to take her call, leaving the manager to take over the window plus do whatever she was doing before as well. We had to wait quite a while for our stuff and it wasn 't 100% all there at first. That manager deserves a raise for patience and being able to switch on kindness towards customers and being efficient at solving issues.

Don't. Do. It. The drive thru I mean. It took about 30 minutes to get our food! We reviewed our order with 3 different staff members and been told that our order was given to another car. The manager appearedas frustrated as us and took the charge off our card and gave us 2 bagsof what we thought was our food. Our double burgers had wrappers that said they were doubles but they only had 1 patty. All of our orders without onions had almost double onions. We will not be going back.

Have to say. This is our favorite McDonald's to go to. We always get fresh salted fries and never missing anything that we ordered. Drive thru staff are the nicest and we enjoy getting food here. Feels like the staff at this location show they care a bit more than other areas we have been to.

This is the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. If you want fast food this is not a McDonald's to come to! And every time I order french fries from here they never have any salt on them! There are two cars in front of me at this moment and I ordered 15 minutes ago and I'm still in line
