Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

Today is the last straw. I ordered delivery and I'm forced by the app to get it from this restaurant since it's the closest one. My extra large green tea was only three quarters full... because the rest spilled all over the bottom of the delivery bag! Also, since when did an EXTRA LARGE tea only come with ONE TEA BAG?! It's supposed to be two, otherwise you charge for a LARGE! I paid for an extra tea bag. I already forgave them for last week when I ordered a well-done McCrispy with an extra crispy chicken patty, waited 7 minutes for it to be made, only to have only ONE PATTY on the McCrispy. It's a McDonald's, so the food is as average as any fast food place can be and fairly cheap, but the customer service is pretty trash. The employees are usually disinterested and distracted not to mention 9.5 times out of 10 they make a mistake on your order, especially if you order from the electronic kiosk. I've seen them forget items, forget to add patties to a burger, sloppily put food into a bag, sloppily assemble burgers, talk amongst themselves and completely ignore customers, question customers. Just an awful McDonald's, if you order from here make sure to check your order.There's a Burger King inside the Wal-Mart right across from this place, go there instead if you're hungry

The kids that work here are lazy and do not listen to the order given, nor do they care. They punched in the wrong order twice. First they had the wrong size coffee, I always order large but they gave me a medium. We offered to pay the difference, but that became a hassle because they either do not know how to think on their own, or poor training.They also missed the egg on the sausage and egg mcmuffin. I did not go back a second time to fix the order for fear of getting spit in it.Regardless I am done with this McDonalds and probably all others as all McDonadls have lost what they use to have when it come to customer service and care.

Aug 10, 2023 The parking lot kept clean, and the drive-through moved quickly. The employee that took the order was polite and patient. The young lady who took payment was welcoming and used my first name to greet me. Also, the person that gave us the order was pleasant. The food was good and the coffee was hot, I couldn't ask for anything more!

I waited 15 minutes for 2 big Mac combos. And at the 15 minute mark. I had gone to the counter and I asked where the food was. Cause it was taking way too long while other people were getting served. They had placed order's after me.
