McDonald's - Reservar uma mesa

Hi I ate at this Maccas at approx 6.30 last night. I ordered a small fillet of fish meal with a chocolate thick shake as the drink The thick shake tasted like vanilla milk so another was made for me Chocolate on top and white on the bottom I was informed that the machine is not programmed to mix the chocolate in Filet of fish .... one bite .... noticed no cheese But there was about a quarter of a piece Was told they would make me another one And that the burger only ever has half a piece of cheese It was given to me with no apology from the senior staff member Burger was slapped together Well it wasn’t really together I should have asked for my money back It was the worst maccas ever

It took 15 minutes to receive an Iced Latte that was too strong to drink, and I had to send back the sourdough bread twice because it was cold and untoasted. I eventually gave up and left. Ordering at the kiosk was frustrating as there was no ticket given, the screen didn't work, and I had to stand there listening for my order to be called. Overall, the experience was disappointing and felt like a waste of time.

Ordered a SOY iced latte due to dietary needs and was given full cream milk which later made me sick. Very angry with drive thru barista

We will deliver your meal to you. That was so unexpected and a very nice touch. If we lived here we would be back.
