Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

I’ve been having remodeling done at my home, so for the last few months I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for breakfast and for the most part have received okay service. This is why I gave them two stars instead of one. I also have brought my daycare kids here and have bought many many meals over the years that I have been coming to this McDonald’s. Yesterday I went through the drive-thru and ordered my breakfast and when I got to the window it was not ready so they asked me to drive around and park and wait for my order so I did. Literally waited for curbside for 30 mins I was frustrated my son is sick and he wanted a happy meal and was complaining of headache the purpose of pick up is to park get the food and leave they took forever I had to call and then they said o it’s ready took another 15 mins before they came out

I called them and asked what type of burgers they got and a male on the phone said “huh”? And hung up. I called another time and a woman picked up and “said stop calling we don’t do deliveries” I responded I just wanted to know what food y’all have and that’s it and she hanged up on me.

All machine orders in this restaurant, only human interaction is when they bring your order or you have an issue with the kiosk.

$4.19 for a large coffee? I can't believe they would price gouge customers that much. Insane.
