I have been a regular at this McDonald's in NoVa for the past ten years. In my opinion, it is the only well-managed McDonald's in the area. They go above and beyond to make customers feel welcome, offering free coffee refills, power outlets for laptops, USB ports, and a bowl of mints on the counter. They also provide ample parking, friendly staff, a clean environment, updated facilities, and no pushy order kiosks. The dining room is pleasant with plenty of windows and natural light, and they take great care to keep the windows clean.
