I was just at this McDonald’s today at 2:17. The guy that took my order was really rude and basically acted like I was dumb when I ordered my iced coffee that I always order and never have an issue. All I got was the large iced Carmel coffee and a large iced mocha with no whip cream. I always get a large iced Carmel coffee with extra Carmel and have never had an issue ordering it before. When I pulled up after paying to get my order they hand me a large iced mocha with whip cream and a large hot coffee with Carmel and extra Carmel. When I told them that that was not what I ordered the two young girls looked at me and argued with me that it wasn’t what was ordered. The guy that took my order...
This is THE best McDonald’s. The fries always come out perfectly hot and the food just always tastes so good. And they are fast! Today my husband forgot to check that everything was in the bags until he got home and they had left off a sandwich (it happens) and we couldn’t get back until tonight to get the sandwich we paid for. The employee (I think manager) was so kind and brought us the sandwich himself and even brought out an apple pie. Such a well managed McDonald’s!
I came to 9 and the staff seemed rather sad and beaten, I understand the short workers make it hard to have good ghosts, but it is not impossible. there were some problems with the loudspeaker box, not sure what happened, except the dame that took my order, stopped talking and then became really calm. sounds more enthusiastic and then you make the experience of all more pleasant.
There is a manager thats full on tattoos that blatantly ignores in-store customers and when asked why he won't hell them, his reply is if you want help get in line in the drive thru This manager needs to go before he ruins all repeated customers. At least 5 other businesses in the shopping center will not eat here again before of him. Worst hire ever.
