Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

every time I come to this mcdonald, there is always something missing or it tastes terrible. I'm going to this place because it's closest to me. I'm getting back from an operation I just had and decided to use a delivery service for mcdonald's. they skipped the sauce as usual and then shortened me completely to frying in my childhood. I called and the guy didn't even offer to do it right. what a crock. I'll go to another place next time. I thought the mcdonald’s on 5600 west and 5400 south were bad. I'm corrected. I wish I could give them 0 stars!

Let's face it, it's a new era in fast food service. It's not fast food or service. Drive through and doordash vendors are the choice customers. For the diners or walk-ins, they are just pesky nuisances.Go inside just to order a coffee and see what happens. You'll see clerks in the back, clerks on breaks, clerks take order, BUT no clerk will see you. Maybe they're hoping you're be so bored, you'll go elsewhere

Just 5 ago minutes today , manager denied to give me water. Manager used the silly excuse that as she can not give me water with no ice unless I go back the line... If you do not like to deal with people , you should get another job!

I sat at the drive thru on the right side, waiting to be helped, they waited on 3 cars at the one to my left and left me sit for 7 minutes, so I finally drove off. The service at this place is pathetic. Don't waste your time.

Quick service in the drive thru. I ordered my free birthday apple pie with my order on the app and when I pulled up to the window the employee wished me a happy birthday. ?
