Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

For some reason, I found myself returning to this McDonald's. I ordered two double cheeseburgers, plain, a medium fries, and a small Sprite. The fries were quite hard and very greasy, with no salt. They forgot my napkins and messed up one of my burgers. The person at the drive-thru window didn't even greet me or say anything. He just handed me my food and drink without wishing me a nice day. I understand that the food quality at McDonald's may not be the best, but at least pretend to care about your customers. This McDonald's is the worst I've ever been to. I don't understand why the employees even bother showing up, as each of them seems to be counting down the minutes until closing time. I have shown up several times and sat at the drive-thru, only to be told they were closed when the employees were still inside. Tonight, I drove up and knocked on the window, only to be met with extreme rudeness from a woman who said they closed at 9:30pm. However, Google says they are open 24 hours. When they close, they turn off the lights and seem to only be interested in collecting a paycheck without serving customers. This place should be shut down.

the unparalleled intelligence exhibited at this particular location is truly a sight to behold. Like a maestro conducting a masterpiece symphony, the cashier orchestrates the dual lines in the drive-thru that puts John Williams to shame. These employees deserve more than $15 an hour. They deserve 20, heck even 30 an hour.

high iq, intelligent and competent employees who enforce the drive. they really understand the concept of a line and who is to place a order. I now understand why they protest for higher, earned lonely.

I can't believe this place is still in business. I left this morning and all they had to offer were spices and hash browns. Why not just shut down? No coffee, water, or soda available.
