Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

i came today to fix my frozen yogurt craving and when i walked in this worker had a stank face and was already giving me attitude so i just went on to get my yogurt. i face time my mom and when she asks me to taste the flavor she wanted, i put my phone to get the ice cream and she notices there is mold all on the machine. my friend who had never menchies before already had a full cup of not even fully frozen yogurt. she also noticed that the fruit had fruit flies. she asked the worker if that's all of the strawberries they had because of the fruit flies and she gave a stank attitude and said yes. i showed her the picture of the mold and she did not care. overall bad experience and i usually...

I really wanted this place to do well since it's near me, however the management sucks. They don't care about the cleanliness of this place and the quality. They hire teenagers that don't bother to clean the place, the toppings area is always a mess. They don't have a good selection of yogurt flavors, 3-4 machines are always out. You're better off going to Yogurtland in La Habra, it's clean and quality is so much better.

12$ for one ice cream outrageous. They are always out of flavors and many of the dispensers come out watery. Now I'm seeing pictures of mold on the machines I'm done with y'all.

Stopped by today. The girl was friendly. You guys need to clean your floors. They look awful. Especially the corners and under the cooler where the pineapple juice is.

Bad customer service closed 30 min before actual closing time and workers left at 9:40 when they close at 10 pm
