Midland Vichy - Reservar uma mesa

I have eaten food in five continents. The restaurant in the Midland hotel of Vichy, France to be commended. My family all agreed that food and service for Father’s Day four course menu was surprisingly top notch. My son is a food critic and Epicurean. The local fish dish was fresh, delicious and the plate well dressed with colorful vegetables. The array of deserts offered tasted better than they looked. We all ate a different desert. The waiter’s wine selection was perfect. I usually don’t eat at hotel restaurants but, I recommend this place.

Ate here twice the more expensive menu is of the highest quality and from the food point of view is of Michelin star quality. There is nothing wrong with the service but there is not a waiter hovering over you to top up your wine. The daily changing menu is excellent value for money

Room at 100€. Is it normal to see this in a hotel? No air conditioning. See the photos and I forgot a crack half hidden behind a painting. The carpet in the hallway and bedroom must be a misery. Ground not straight.

Reception and room staff are smiling and efficient. Price of breakfast a little expensive. Aging room decoration. But great sleeping.
