Miller's Ale House

I’ve visited this Winter Park location on many occasions! However, last night was not a good experience! I waited over 35 minutes for my food only to be told by staff that my food was given to someone else in error. I was told that a rush was put on my order. The manager came out and apologized and informed me that dessert would be added due to my inconvenience. By the time I got my order I was very frustrated because I had my god daughter waiting on me. We got to the house the order was missing the fries ordered with the wings, my flatbread, the sauce for the wings the dessert offered by the manager! This was the worst ale house I’ve ever been to!! DO. NOT. GO!!!!! Please save yourself the struggle because not only was the waitress so incredibly rude but the manager “bub”?? Was even worse! I found a clear finger nail in my food and when I told the manager he said and I quote “sorry maybe we should get some clippers back in the kitchen” and laughed! I was appalled and asked if he could take it off my check and he refused because I had one bite taken out of it. I was so disgusted and was shocked to see how poorly I was treated here. Safe to say I’m never going near this place again, I’m disgusted.

Don't order a steak to go from here. I ordered my steak medium and when I got home I discovered an over cooked, charred mess. I don't like having my money wasted. It was so tough and dry. There were other issues with my order (missing broccoli and an underwhelming loaded baked potato) that I was able to realize before I left and the server at the take out counter addressed. But bad steak I cannot overlook. Please put better chefs in the kitchen and improve quality checks before sending out food.

Check your glass! I attended Thursday night and sat at the outside bar. Ordered a bud lite and a fireball shot. After I did my shot I took a big sip and saw something floating on the bottom of my glass. I let the bartender know and she just said, “oh ok” like it was normal. Unapologetic! Showed no emotion, and that was super disheartening, the lack of remorse. She did get me a fresh one but i was already grossed out.

Just had the absolute worst steak ever. I even attempted to drown it in A-1 (which you shouldn’t need if cooked and seasoned properly). Came out the size and shape of a baseball and, although clearly rare, itt was tough as a board and flavorless. $64 for 2 steaks (both atrocious) and a burger. The only does my stomach hurt, I feel like I’ve been ripped off.
