For my review #432, I would like it to land here at Mimi 's Cafe, Yorba Linda, CA. My OC friends and I had a dine-in experience last weekend on Saturday, Dec/17/22, lunch hour for our Christmas gathering here at Mimi 's Cafe, Yorba Linda, CA. Since I was not in a hurry to rush out of North OC that day, I stuck around here and Brea for a bit before driving home. Our waiter, Jackson was very efficient and helpful. I made reservations for six, I didn't really need to because it wasn't very crowded. Our server was Feliciano he was pretty good. I wanted an old-fashioned and he showed me the different bourbons they had and I picked the one I wanted. Three people had wine, one had a blue moon and my sister-in-law had a daiquiri. All of us were happy. My two brother-in-law's had fishing chips, myself, and another sister-in-law had salmon. I chose as my two sides, broccoli and potatoes au gratin. She had a baked potato and green beans. My other sister-in-law had the pot pie and my husband had a chicken dinner and it came with rice pilaf. Everyone enjoyed their meals. When the manager is the busing tables and making your drinks there is a problem. All I wanted was a patron margarita and thought I wold try the baked brie, it looks great in the online menu picture, terrible mistake! The drink was so bad I couldn't drink it. Not kidding... Take a look at the baked Brie. I think they left it in the micro-wave too long!! It tasted as good as it looks... It was just as bad as the drink!! So disappointed!!

I like the breakfast here, although their blackened chicken Cesar salad for lunch or dinner is also great Lobster bisque is also a must On weekend mornings be prepared to wait 20ish mins

Service was great, Juanita was amazing. The Ambiance is just like being in Perris France. Food is the a senior citizens dream.
