Miss Maud Restaurant

Somewhat disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff should be more knowledgeable about gluten-free options for sandwiches. It would be helpful for them to have a list of gluten-free ingredients available. I ordered the Finlandia sandwich, which sounded good. I was assured it could be made gluten-free, but it was missing the prawn filling, a key component. I believe customers should be informed of major omissions like this when ordering, especially since I was charged full price. Additionally, I was disappointed to receive a sandwich on blotting paper when I can make delicious gluten-free bread at home. The coffee was good, but the sandwich itself was lacking.

I have fond memories of visiting Miss Maud at the Innaloo Shopping Centre. I was there at the right time and decided to stop for a morning cup of coffee. The coffee was excellent and they had a fantastic selection of cakes. I chose the Dutch Apple Tart for myself and my companion had the Marzipan cake. Both were delicious. Overall, it was a very enjoyable morning coffee break and definitely worth a visit.

Miss maud has an old fashion charm, we ordered the great breakfast that lived up to his name, a very large plateful, well presented, good quality and very tasty the staff are efficient, but not the happiest piles in the city....no shopping carts allowed in the sit down area, which is a good idea because it is more place to sit and easier to navigate the tables

I called here for morning tea a Sunday. Pastries looked dry. Two employees. Three customers are waiting for order. The staff could not have taken care of less. No eye contact. Slowly whatever they did. First impressions said this could not be better. Two other customers left.

The food here is excellent and the portion sizes are reasonable, unlike some restaurants that serve excessive amounts. There are also many vegetarian options available on the menu.
