Living in Kansas City, I’ve tried so many different roasters and everything around here that I’ve tried pales in comparison to your product. The roasters here either over roast their beans or the beans they source simply lack flavor. Your beans are consistently well roasted (not over roasted and the beans themselves are roasted evenly), and they have unique and interesting flavor profiles. If you opened a Mokaska in the KC area, I’d be there all the time, and I’m sure others would too. My only feedback that I would give is that it would be helpful if you started printing the roasted date on your bags. Excellent work, keep it up!

Ordered an espresso, chocolate orange latte, cold brew and house coffee. Everything was delicious. The latte was extra chocolatey. The espresso was pulled well and tasted great even though it was served without a spoon or showing water. The cold brew has layers of flavor, nice acidity, fruity and just all around excellent. And nice, friendly baristas!

Some of the best lattes I've had! Cozy atmosphere. They have board games and an adorable little patio area that's great in the warmer months. Drinks are priced affordably compared to other coffee shops in the area.

Anything spiced orange is delightful! Excellent baristas, best cup of coffee in St Jo by far. If you’re in the area for a short time, don’t waste your time anywhere else for coffee.

Very cool place. First time here but won’t be the last. Everyone was very kind to this inexperienced coffee drinker.
