Morrisons - Reservar uma mesa

I went to the restaurant for breakfast and found it to be very quiet with several staff members. I ordered poached eggs with avocado on a muffin with coffee, but was later told that they could only do fried eggs, which I did not want. They gave me a refund, but it took three staff members to process it at the till, even though there seemed to be plenty of staff available. No reason was given for the change.

The toilet facilities were dirty and had a bad smell. The floors in the restaurant were filthy, and my husband found hair in his food. We were told they were short-staffed, so we understood that standards might slip slightly. However, there is a certain level of cleanliness you should expect, and you shouldn't have to clean your shoes when you leave.

A little bit slow on the till to take orders. Ordered two jackets one with prawn cocktail and one with cheese beans. Both came with side salad. Minimal prawns added. Cheese and beans very average. Jackets themselves were average. Needed another minutes in...the oven really. An average lunch unfortunately.

My spouse and I have visited this restaurant multiple times during their half-price food promotion, and we have always been impressed with the quick service and delicious food.

Why say your open until if when you place an order at you get told that they are closing down and can’t complete any of the cooked food! Terrible and very disappointing!
