Mosley's Barbecue And Provisions

We had Mosley’s cater for our wedding and unfortunately it did not work out. They did not provide boats which we had discussed and had to eat off our heavy glass chargers. My wife approached them and said it was our wedding planner who said we would eat off them which after following up with her said never was communicated. Our final count we told them was 190 which ended up actually being 170 that came to the dinner. We ran out of food four tables short. We thought we would be taking left over home, not telling our guests to wait until the pizza delivery came. Overpriced and a total letdown. Saturday, they were supposed to have brisket, but when I asked, they said they had none. It wasn't like they were busy either. We ordered a Moscow mule....the barkeep made sure to emphasize the “Moscow” because it was STRAIGHT VODKA. Sandwiches were dry, and don't get me started on the cornbread….like eating a handful of sand. The mac and cheese gets ? ?. For a place with such high ratings, I was surprised to have such a poor experience.

I would love to be able to review Mosley's, BUT....We travel to over 20 different States each year trying local BBQ. We arrived at 11:20 on a Saturday morning. They open at 11:00 per the door and website. Two other families were already waiting. We all waited, they never opened. We tried the front door and back door. Maybe there was a family emergency. Call first....

Some of the worst food I've had. Cornbread is cold. Brisket is almost all fat. Beans tasted microwaved. Coleslaw tasted old. Terrible food. Do not waste your money here. Only positive is the girl that served me was nice.

If you are only doing carry out it would be nice if you would put that on your website. Came through a few years ago and really enjoyed your restaurant. Drove 3 hours to get here. Very disappointed.
