Nando's Peri-peri - Reservar uma mesa

Went to Nandos with my family of 4 for the first time today. It was a unique experience.We went expecting to dine in however it’s setup a bit like fast food. When entering, we were greeted by a nice young woman who gave us menus and told us to grab a seat wherever we wanted. When we were ready to order, we went back up to the same area to place our order.All good to this point however they didn’t have a few menu items that my family wanted (e.g. fountain drinks) which required some back and fourth trips for me, from the ordering station and my table with the family, to make sure everyone got what they wanted. Please get a trained staff, who know how to communicate with the customer. I was there Friday night with my family. The girl who took our order seemed like she's being forced to work there . Her attitude, her way of talking was really rude .she came to our table and asked are you done ?? There were other people who came when we came , she never went to there table.just to mention It wasn't closing time and there was no costumer line up still It felt like she wanted to kick us out?? There was another girl with her who was clearly embarrassed with her behavior and smiled and asked if we need anything. I have been here before and never experienced anything like this, but I was very disappointed...

I have ordered take out food from this place. Chicken is good as always.I have issue with sides1. Macho Peas- this food was spoiled2. Wedges- its half cookedMay be its Nandos menu of half cooked wedges- i had wedges before in this same restaurant- something got changed recently?Serving spoiled food is completely not acceptable.I usually dont write negative reviews about restaurants in public forum. This incident is totally not acceptable and serious health concernPlease be extra cautious about such incidents

I lived in South Africa which is the home of Nandos, they make a good Nandos meal, this excuse for a Nandos meal is a joke, it’s tasteless, bland… I make a better Nandos burger!Atmosphere is utterly terrible, it’s nothing like a Nandos!This place should not be allowed to call itself a Nandos…. It’s not.Exceptionally bad representation for the Nandos Brand.Don’t waste your time coming here.

I often go to this location with my husband snd 2 kids. The food, atmosphere servoce are all good . We think Suraj is pretty awesome. He is courteous, and does a follow up on each customer by checking if all is well with their food and service. Thank you suraj and all of the team members of nandos chicken at stone church.?Vegetarian options: Need few more dishes please.
