Nothing Bundt Cakes

I was hired for all of a day. I showed up at the time I was told, but couldn’t get into the store. I called 3 times, left a voicemail, &knocked to get it. I waited an hour in the parking lot, to which I then received a text about a family emergency. I informed the manager, he then fired me. I was given no opportunity to show proof or explain my situation involving my children. I was told this was a flexible job, wheres the flexibility? Missed many good opportunities for them to fire me without me even walking into the store for a family emergency. Will be contacting corporate hq too. They are extremely nice in the store! They have all the answers for questions about the cakes.I like to try the seasonal ones each time I go here. This time it was lemon raspberry!! It was very good you really taste both. They also had a gluten free Chocolate chip cookie one. This one was my favorite. It tasted dead on a chocolate chip cookie. The only thing about gluten free I can say is it’s a bit denser so the icing on this one really makes everything perfect.

Just want to thank Gaby for her great service and being patient with me. I was being a little indecisive of what flavors to get for my husband's birthday. They are located in the Silverado Plaza off of Eastern and Silverado Ranch with tons of parking. I really like that they are stocked up on a lot of their cake flavors compared to other locations.

Picked up an order today and was met with superb customer service from the manager, Alex. He was kind, patient, and extremely professional. He went above and beyond to ensure my order was correct and that I was satisfied. I would highly recommend this location.

Very slow and unorganized. Girls are kinda rude. Still waiting for balloons, they wouldn’t do it over the phone.. helping others tho. No where to sit. The cakes are amazing tho! A bit frustrated at the moment
