it is with great disappointment that I recount my recent dining experience at Osmow's. From the moment I walked through the doors, it was abundantly clear that customer service was not a priority for the staff. The waitstaff were inattentive, disinterested, and seemed to lack any basic knowledge of the menu or the concept of hospitality.To add insult to injury, the portions at Osmow's were shockingly inadequate. The smallest portions from all Osmows I have seen. Have a look ate the Super shawarma size compared to the large box. There was barely any rice and there were big size bones in the chicken.There were some kids selling, one of them training the others. They could not wrap the shawarmas, left it splining out of one sheet. Training suggestion: the super shawarmas must be wrapped in TWO pieces of paper.Whoever is the owner of this franchise, please go check.This place is a stay away until they train proper staff.

Do not recommend this Osmos, very bad customer service, staff is not professional at all. We got a combo for 2 and they were so stagnant on the options we wanted. Apparently you can only get 2 pop or 2 water but we couldnt get either of each when in a combo you can get ANY 2 drinks. Overall just unprofessional behavior entirely. Staff does not know how to communicate with customers at all.Spoke to Shift Manager, she was watching on mobile and trying to get help from her but no use.

Ordered online, it said my food would be ready for pickup in roughly 40 minutes. When I got the text it was ready and went to go pick it up, I was told it would be ready in “15 ish minutes” (an hour after I ordered).My mild wrap was so hot my tongue went numb, both items were missing ingredients, the fries were ice cold and it was missing the dipping sauces I ordered. Poor service, bad food. Would not recommend at all

Horrible service! Food look put together terribly, then he over detached my food right in front of my face and then took a spoon and emptied the sauce out? DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
