The Outback Steakhouse in Flagstaff is amazing! The food is consistently delicious, and the staff is very accommodating when it comes to our children's allergies. They are always attentive! Tonight, one of the managers, Will, went above and beyond by helping me secretly pay for a birthday dinner for our friends. He spotted the group based on my description and took care of the payment for us. He even treated them to a complimentary birthday dessert! Thank you, Will! If you haven't been there yet, I highly recommend you check it out for a wonderful experience!
During my visit from out of town, I usually opt for a steak, but this time I decided to try the Aussie twisted ribs. Unfortunately, I was disappointed; the ribs were overcooked and I could only manage two bites before giving up. The meat had a dry, straw-like texture. However, the rest of the meal was quite nice, and our waiter was both witty and very attentive. I'm thrilled to see that the bushman mushrooms are back on the menu! They may have a different name now, but they are just as delicious and fluffy as I remember.
On my second visit, Julian was my server, and I found that the service remains top-notch no matter who takes care of you. My appetizers were spot on, and the beer was served ice cold. Julian stopped by to check on me three times, which I appreciated. My food was prepared perfectly—the steak was delightful, and the lobster was cooked to perfection as well. Thank you, Outback!
Our waitress was Tori she was great, the food was taking a little longer then… I know most people would like, I prefer them taking there time on cooking the food. But Tori made sure to stay on top of letting us know that it was on its way and keeping our drinks filled. She made it a great experience! The steak pasta and chicken was amazing also!
