Outback Steakhouse

Just went here for a dinner with family. Called ahead and was apologized to that there would be about a half hour wait as they were short staffed on servers. When we arrived the Hosts was extremely friendly and we were seated much quicker than we expected. Our Server Kendra was very friendly, knowledgeable, capable and accommodating. She never made us feel like she was busy and even though we knew she had other tables she made us feel like we were the only people she was serving. She had a genuine quality to her that made ordering feel more like you were asking a friend not the employee of a restaurant. Had a great meal-just when I needed it to save me from burning steaks for my family on this holiday weekend! Our server Ray was like another family member and fit right in- genuine hospitality without canned lines and was one step ahead of whatever we needed. Great experience, the service, the food, the clean building, and it went quickly while the place seemed busy. I hate to say this as a man, but bathroom was impressively clean I've eaten on Bluemound for many years and for some reason this Outback easily checked all the boxes. Thanks!!

I had French onion soup that was outstanding! Only problem it was so hot it burnt my mouth ...prime rib was excellent and broccoli was fresh but not cooked enough some pieces were totally raw. Our server was great... very efficient giving us enough time to enjoy each others company but never felt neglected or rushed. I will definitely be going back.

We've always enjoyed our MANY visits here. Gage and Danny are excellent bartenders and we appreciate the team approach to bringing food out with the wait staff (Louis/Louie, Lake and others) helping make sure the food arrives hot. Also others like Teren help ensure things go smoothly.

Decent food for good price! Got the steak and shrimp. Disappointed to see only 4 small pieces of shrimp, but the bar was nice!
