Panda Express - Reservar uma mesa

I went through the ride today at 5:15. I didn't get a receipt given to me and said it was in my pocket. The order was wrong that I am not surprised because the girl who took the order was busy talking to someone else and asked me to repeat it twice. I ordered 2 bowls of fried rice with orange chicken and a 2 dish with noodles, orange chicken and Angus beef. Here?s what I got: 2 bowls of noodles that were not cooked and 4 pieces orange chicken ever. The plate had barely cooked noodles, three pieces of beef and a few pieces of orange chicken. It was $27. Such a waste of money! I tried to call my order, but the phone goes directly to a message that says no one is available to take your call. Go...

Unfortunately, I have to make a negative assessment, but I do. This was the second visit in just a week. Both times we were unable to order the app for Carry-out/Curbside. The app for this particular memory would not allow it, but while waiting in the drive-thru line there were cars, picking up boarding orders. (Dining room has been closed since Covid over 2 years ago) When we give up the order, we said they were made of white rice. (Should never happen in a Chinese restaurant) Our order was ready in record time, but contingents were not offered or asked if necessary. No free luck cookie was in the bag. (Have always received in the past) Also several pieces of orange chicken were only bread....

This Panda Express is routinely from several menu options...all from chicken to noodles to several different drinks at once. Some days they are only cash, others are just card or exact change. As long as the journey through the line is always, you would expect the food to taste fresh, but it usually tastes old and dried. No other panda we stop is so consistently disappointing. This location needs much better management and quality control.

On Easter Sunday I brought a busload of students from Glenwood, Iowa and every restaurant in the area was closed. Pandas drove through was open, but the manager was friendly enough to open the lobby for my students. They were underworked and overworked, but the food was excellent, came faster than expected and my children were very grateful. We'll be here every time we get through from now on. Thanks Nelson!

As a Truck Driver, I Walked up to the door, to walk in and place my order and there was a sign on the door stating they was short on workers, but as I proceed to look inside there was 5 people working. With the doors locked at 11:39 Am on 8/14/22
