Panera Bread - Reservar uma mesa

Panera Bread in Secaucus is like no other! Not only the food selection is healthy and good for you, but the fact that both managers and personnel...ALL OF THEM treat their customers with excellent service. I made it a point to quickly choose food places with a healthier choice on the menu, but having incredible service above is definitely something I really appreciate and I am a loyal customer of this industry as long as I am in the area! I hope the corporate management recognizes what this fine industry does for its customers and gives them an appreciation day they deserve.

I come here to do school work all the time and have never had a bad experience. I get a lot done since the environment is usually peaceful (unless it is rush hour, but that is to be expected of any establishment) and I enjoy the food during my breaks. The place is kept clean and the workers have always provided good service. I can stay here for hours and hours and it's one of the only places where I can be pretty productive and have a good time.

Ordered a whole bagel with scrambled eggs, cheese and sausage and it was absolutely perfect. The bagel was not heavy it was freshly slightly roasted and perfect. Stirred cheese and sausage were excellent to order. Coffee was fresh. I ordered a dozen bagels that was an excellent price two pans of cream cheese and it was a Baker dozen. Your staff are so wonderful and extremely polite You made the morning

Worst Panera I?ve ever visited. Long wait time . 0 customer service skills. Waited 30 minutes for an order I placed ahead of time for dine in. Since I was now late due to the delay I asked the manager to make the order to go. He didn?t relay the messageto his employee at all further wasting both mine and her time. No remorse for the delays from him either. Would not recommend.

We had a salad missing in our order, the manager at Panera took care of it in a fantastic customer service approach. Sent out a new one within minutes. I rarely write reviews but this was impressive!
