Alex in the pink shirt was super brilliant. I was very disappointed by another place in the city (the memorial place and never will return) and was somehow skeptical to go to another Panera bread. I was in front of the cypress station and they made slight mistakes on my orders. Nothing too bad... we are all people.... in vain. I posted an online order the day before for Bagels for my co-workers and it was not ready (so we thought). When I went to my car, Alex ran out with my order and said it was ready. I was so glad he was checked for it after I told him that he shouldn't take care of the job (I drove to work late). Go to Alex! You have restored my thoughts of Panera-Brot honestly, especial...

My students brought me a gift card here. In the three years I have been here today was my first time going. The customer service was excellent (Miss Princess the cashier rocked with the samples and explaining everything). I love it and pray you have coupons because I am coming back. Highly recommended for any visit to this area.

My girl Scout group just made Bakers in training with the Zypressen site - they were great! Nice, patient and even gave my 3 Yes old apron and hot cap. My girls had a lot of fun- thanks for a great time!!
