I always expect them to be out of whatever I order at this restaurant. They were out of soup and made a bowl by half-filling a cup and handing it through the drive-thru window while unenthusiastically announcing they were also out of mac and cheese. It's disappointing that they frequently run out of items that they make on-site. The management is poor and the staff seem to lack care. This type of experience occurs repeatedly, month after month and year after year. There is no improvement in sight, as the same indifferent staff consistently inform customers that they are out of various menu items. Even when you voice your dissatisfaction, they respond with attitude and a insincere apology.
