For the new people who have difficulty finding this place, its in the same building as the Mirage (written in a font on the front of the building on the west side of the old 8. Do not condemn a book by it Cover Great food!. This place may be a hole in the wall, but the food is great! I'm still here and still need to be disappointed. I tried a rice plate, a Vermicelli salad, the rolls, the pho, seafood egg noodle, rice noodle soup, lo mine, and most apps (egg rolls, spring rolls, chicken wings, and cream cheese competitions). Everything is made to order. The cream cheese cups are actually thoroughly cooked where it is actually melty! Oh My Wow. This place was GREAT. Just heard about it and went for lunch with my normal lunch crew. We each had something different and all the dishes recieved a big thumbs up. We are always looking for something different for lunch and Pho-Thuy Hong definitely qualifies in the Roseville/St. Anthony/New Brighton area. Not the cheapest lunch as they only have one menu and no lunch specials, but, every thing was definitely worth it. Six thumbs up from our 3 man lunch crew.

Best kept secret in New Brighton is no more ! Very humble quiet location, nothing fancy except the food. Every bite was delicious. Super friendly staff and so appreciative of every guest. The best house I ever had. Fresh veg and proteins. Very recommended. Good egg rolls, thin crispy pack with tasteful filling. Service is friendly. Authentic pho, Many Vietnamese customers.
