Pieology - Reservar uma mesa

I have given this pieology location several tries because they are so close to me, but they seem to be getting worse with every visit. I understand that times are tough and most, if not all establishments are short staffed. Knowing this, I am incredibly patient and understanding with everyone who is dealing with this situation. I figured I would place an order online and give them plenty of time to make one pizza. I was given an estimated pick up time of 9:30, so I walked in at 9:30 expecting to wait a few minutes, I wasn't in in a rush. When I walked in, they had just started making my pizza, mind you, there were no other customers in the store and there didn't seem to be anyone in the stor...

The food itself was delicious, but unfortunately the rest of the experience was terrible. We waited 5 minutes to be waited, then the worker fell my pizza and it had to be restored. The person at the back station was so calm that we didn't know when our pizza was ready and had to look and watch all the time. The Soda machine went flat and the machine was not refilled until we finished our meal, so my friend had a flat soda with his pizza. The speed of the shop was slow and lazy, with the workers standing around and unmotivated to be efficient with their time. Another man went while we waited for our pizza because he was not waiting after 15 minutes. We won't be back.

1st time ordered two pizzas through app and 1st time ordering from this location. When I picked up the pizzas, it was slightly warm and not hot (only picked them up 5 min after the order was promised). Both pizza had missing after-bake finish and one pizza was missing a large section. It seems to me like the worker didn't spin the dough correctly, at Blaze they would scrap the dough and get another one. Both pizzas taste good and I have no complaint about the taste, this review was more about quality of the service at this location.

Not a good first impression. The pizza was delicious but they are not punctual on time. I ordered ahead of time and when my online order was ready I walked in and most of the staff was on break. They barely started making my personal pizza. I will be going back to Panera for the pizza. At least they are punctual on time.

Excellent teamwork on a busy Friday night. Great settings and delicious deserts. Allergic options for my (milk and wheat) food allergies. Excellent cashew base as milk alternative ice cream.
